Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations received prior to 02/09/2007 will be charged 50% of the total registration fee including any extras. All cancellations received after 02/09/2007 will be charged 100% of the total registration fee including any extras. Cancellations will need to be notified to the Registration Helpdesk ( 2007.icec@gmail.com ) in writing. Any refunds applicable will be issued within 30 days of receipt.
Cancellation by the Organizer
Should the event be cancelled in its entirety due to circumstances beyond the organisers reasonable control, all fees collected will be refunded in full within 30 days of the expected date of the event.
