You can easily get into the city by taxi, and it costs approximately 20US$ from Pudong Airport and 7US$ from Hongqiao Airport. The following is the estimated driving time and distance from airport and railway station

Pudong International Airport:
Approximate driving time is 1 hour and distance is about 45 km (28 miles).
Hongqiao Airport:
Approximate driving time is 15 minutes and distance is abou t 9 km (5.5 miles).
Shanghai Railway Station:
Approximate driving time is 15 minutes and distance is 8 km (4.5 miles).

Also, subway is another choice

Pudong International Airport:
Take Airport Line 3 to Xujiahui.
Or take Airport Line 5 to The People's Square then take No.1 Subway Line to Hengshan Road Station or Xujiahui Station

Hongqiao Airport:
Take bus 806 to Xujiahui.
Or take bus 925A to The People's Square then take No.1 Subway Line to Hengshan Road Station or Xujiahui Station

Shanghai Railway Station and Shanghai Railway North Station
Take No.1 Subway Line to Hengshan Road Station or Xujiahui Station

Approximate 5 minutes walk from the Hengshan Road subway station,and 10 minutes walk from the Xujiahui subway station.
